椒盐虾

 

原料:鲜虾10只  姜2

 

调料:海盐1/2茶匙(3克)  花椒盐1/3茶匙(2克) 白酒1茶匙(5ml

做法:

 

1) 鲜虾洗净后剪掉虾枪,虾须,虾足,清洗干净,控干水份后放入容器中,加入姜片,倒入白酒,海盐,抓匀后腌20分钟。

 

2) 虾腌好以后,放入铺有锡纸的烤盘中,撒上花椒盐,入烤箱中层,200度,20分钟左右即可


 

超级啰嗦:

 

**尽量用海盐腌,比普通的盐味道更好,超市里基本都买到。

 

**高度白酒,或者白兰地更能提虾的鲜味儿,最好不用料酒替代

 

**这个分量只是给大伙参考用的,真正做的时候,10只虾肯定不够分的,记得根据人数和食量翻倍再翻倍哦!
