鲜味年糕汤

 

原料:鲜虾15蟹味菇1年糕1/3香葱22片  

 

调料:1/3茶匙白胡椒粉少许

 

做法:

 

1) 虾洗净剪掉虾枪,虾须,蟹味菇切掉根部洗净控干水份,香葱切小段。

 

2) 锅中倒入底油,油温热时放入葱段,姜片,出香味后放入虾炒至虾变红色油也变红时放入蟹味菇

 

3) 当蘑菇炒软后倒入足量的水,大火烧开,放入年糕条,加盐,白胡椒粉,中火煮2分钟即可。

超级啰嗦:

 

**虾要带头一起炒,这样能快速炒出红油,味道也很鲜。

 

**年糕容易熟,不需要煮很久哦换成片状的年糕也是可以的。

 

**这个汤味道很鲜,不要一点儿盐和白胡椒就可以了,不要放太多调料哦!
